About Pastor Dumas:
Pastor Kelvin Dumas has been working in God’s vineyard as a licensed and ordained minister of the gospel since November 30, 2004. He has served on the ministerial staff at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota and at New Beginnings Missionary Baptist Church Lompoc, California where he also served as the youth minister. While at New Beginnings, he organized annual youth rallies in the part that crossed racial and denominational boundaries. Min Kelvin joined the King Solomon Baptist Church in 2007 serving on the ministerial staff under Pastor Joseph Williams. He served the Lord as the youth minister and Christian Education director. In June 2010, he was called to be the interim pastor for the KSBC family. Min Dumas was elected the senior pastor on May 15, 2011.
He holds a bachelors in Biology from the University of Alabama Birmingham, a Masters in Human Resources from Central Michigan University and a Masters in Leadership and Counseling from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Pastor Kelvin has a Master of Divinity from Andersonville Theological Seminary and in February 2018, he received his Doctorate in Theology from Andersonville.
Pastor Kelvin is from Tuskegee, Alabama and he is married to his college sweetheart Saadia and they have two children Mikiah and Harrison. Pastor Kelvin is a humble servant of the Lord, whose desire is to help people grow and mature in a daily relationship with the Lord and learn that God loves them and only wants the best for them. People matter to Pastor Kelvin, because people matter to God. He considers himself a Nobody, who is trying to tell everybody about somebody, who can save anybody.
That somebody is Jesus!
